I upgraded my Apple iPhone from Apple iPhone 5 to Apple iPhone 12, about 3 months ago. I transferred all my data from old iPhone to the new one.
I turned off my alarm because I do not need to wake up that early. The alarms still goes off at the same time as before. It is extremely annoying. I went to apple store and I called AT & T.
I called apple care they said reboot my phone and try again. I did and waited for next day’s alarm.
I called apple care again after about 45 min taking they said there is a known bug in the iOS which they are working on. I requested a compensation they said there is no compensation for waking up early.
Thank you Apple Inc. for messing up my sleep.
P.S. Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yelp itself, AT&T and all big companies are not listed on Yelp. I wonder why ?????????????????????????????
Its amazing how they do not care.
